Bone Broth Bouillon Cubes

- Add broth to a large pot and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Once broth is boiling, slowly add gelatin 1 tbs at a time and stir until completely dissolved.
- Reduce heat to medium and let broth reduce until about 1 cup of liquid remains. It will be much thicker and darker but don't worry, that's normal.
- Remove from stove and allow to cool slightly.
- Transfer to airtight glass container or silicone ice cube tray and allow to cool to room temperature.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- To serve, slice off as much as you need, add to a mug and pour boiling water over. Stir until broth cube is fully dissolved.
