Cedar Plank Salmon

Instructions
  1. hour before cooking, soak cedar plank in water. This is necessary so the cedar plank doesn't burn or catch fire on the grill
  2. While cedar plank is in water, liberally coat salmon fillet on all sides with smoked paprika rub and set aside.
  3. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  4. Remove cedar plank from water, and pat dry with a paper towel.
  5. Place salmon fillet skin side down on cedar plank and place cedar plank on grill. Cook covered for 15-20 minutes until fish is flaky. Remove from grill and allow to rest about 5 minutes.
