Instructions
  1. Melt coconut oil in a large skillet and brown meat on medium high heat.
  2. Add sliced veggies and stir fry until tender (about 5 minutes).
  3. If so desired, lower heat to medium low and add eggs to make a scramble.
  4. Serve cubed avocado on top of stir fry/scramble.
