Place all ingredients into food processor or blender and chop coarsely until mixture reaches desired consistency. I usually do about 5-8 pulses and it's good to go.
Set aside or store in fridge when done.
Notes
If you're not abstaining from alcohol, now would be a great time to pour yourself a tequila and soda water to enjoy with your meal.
