Macadamia Nut Garden Fresh Pesto

Instructions
  1. In a blender or food processor, pulse macadamia nuts until finely chopped.
  2. Add garlic cloves and basil leaves and pulse until evenly combined.
  3. Add olive oil and lemon juice and blend until smooth.
  4. Mix in cheese and add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Enjoy on salads or as a substitute for marinara sauces or even on the ketogenic pizza!
