Baked Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
  • 6 chicken thighs, bone in, skin on
  • sea salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425° F
  2. While oven is preheating, rinse chicken thighs with cool water and pat dry.
  3. Season chicken thighs on all sides with salt and pepper
  4. Place chicken skin side up on a sheet pan with a wire rack insert.
  5. Bake chicken thighs for 45 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and let stand 5-10 minutes.
  7. Enjoy!
