Bone Broth Bouillon Cubes

Instructions
  1. Add broth to a large pot and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  2. Once broth is boiling, slowly add gelatin 1 tbs at a time and stir until completely dissolved.
  3. Reduce heat to medium and let broth reduce until about 1 cup of liquid remains. It will be much thicker and darker but don't worry, that's normal.
  4. Remove from stove and allow to cool slightly.
  5. Transfer to airtight glass container or silicone ice cube tray and allow to cool to room temperature.
  6. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  7. To serve, slice off as much as you need, add to a mug and pour boiling water over. Stir until broth cube is fully dissolved.
